"Only if we can pull it off flawlessly," Valerie replied, smirking at the other ghost. She and Jeremy were meeting in private, as they both had the feeling that Thorek wouldn’t approve of what they were planning.

Those were either gonna be powerful as hell or really fucked up kids, but Jeremy didn’t dare say that aloud. Instead he focused on phasing his truck past Vlad’s gate. He was really surprised that there was no ghost shield up, but Vlad was probably expecting Skulker or Technus to drop something off while he was away.

Jeremy had stopped the car, and got out to check the garage. It was empty, so he climbed back in and phased it through to prevent any neighbors or gardeners from seeing his vehicle.

“Need any help down?” Jeremy asked, turning his car off and shifting to reach into the back for some of the stuff.

Valerie waited until Jeremy had his vehicle squared away, glancing over at his question, before opening the door. She looked down, contemplating the steps. She wasn’t horribly gravid, but at the same time, due to the various pains she often felt, sometimes it made her feel as if she were far further along than she actually was.

Taking a deep breath, she decided to at least attempt it on her own, just to take it slowly. She grabbed on tightly to whatever secure grip she could find, slowly descending the steps that lead off of Jeremy’s ginormous truck. Eventually she made it down without any mishaps, mentally giving herself a little cheer, though keeping her usual game face on, appearing focused.

"Alright, so where should we start first?" She asked as soon as Jeremy himself came down from the truck, moving to the back to help carry in some of the stuff. "Also, does he have any alarms we need to deal with?"

"Yeah, basic security system. His ghost stuff’s down, I’m assuming because he’s been waiting for Skulker or somebody to drop stuff off. Either way, his security system’s easy to bypass. Long as you don’t open any doors that lead outside, windows or access either the not-so-secret lab or his Packers room, it just honestly doesn’t go off. I think it’s because it’s thermal detected, and most ghosts blend it. I know you have that whole partly-human thing going for you, but I doubt it’ll pick you up," Jeremy began. He phased through the door. After a moment, his hand reached through and he touched her shoulder so that she could phase in too.

"Of course, even if it doesn’t work, I know the security system’s passcode. Fruitloop doesn’t change it, oddly enough, so I can just disable it."

He walked into a small clearing, dropping most of the stuff on the floor. Some clattered and he plopped down to organize it so that they can get to work.

Ever since Vlad stole Roxi, Jeremy gets up at least once in the middle of the night to go check on her (and any other kids that he has), and he has to physically stroke their hair or kiss their forehead or just touch them to assure they’re not gone. When they go to sleepovers, he makes them call him or calls the parents and insists they check for her.

This also makes it impossible for any of them to sneak out or sneak others in.

thefireandtheice inquired: ""Let's go home, you're too sick.""

"N-No I’m fine. I promise." Dolly denied it, though at the moment her skin was pretty translucent and pale. She coughed into her gloved hand as quietly as she could.

Bacon grunted and made a spot on the bed besides Dolly, making a soft oink at Walker as he closed the as though to say he’d watch Dolly. Bacon wriggled his nose and laid next to her, closing his eyes when the room went dark.

Walker smiled, taking the dishes downstairs. Thorek had already put the dishes he had washed earlier away, as well as leftovers, so Walker had a quick clean-up before he moved to do paperwork until it was time for bed.

"I bet he’d look cute. You gonna dress him up like a fruitloop?" Jeremy lightly teased.

"A fruitloop, yeah, okay, I’ll be the bowl and Vlad can be the box, we’ll be badger cereal." Thetis rolled her eyes a little, Jeremy was trying to think cutely, but having a stab at Vlad, not the best time for him to pull out that kind of knife on him.

Soon she regained her motherly composure. “No, I think I’ll just dress him up in something cutely silly. Not like a bug or anything though, that’s dumb.”

"What are you going to dress Roxi as?"

"Isa wants to dress her up as the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland since her room is Alice in Wonderland. My sister already made the onesie," Jeremy commented, but he smirked at his own dumb stab at Vlad. "Keisuke could always be a little Mad Hatter."

"Aw!, that would be so kawaii!" Thetis had to hold back her fangirl scream, but her hands flapped in the hair from the exciting idea. "And we must take pictures of that, oh it would be so cute!"

Indeed, she was a good reason why fangirls should never be mothers.

"Isa’s already scheduled to get Roxi’s pictures professionally done, that was one of the pictures we were going to get," Jeremy commented. "I would have preferred us doing something like Breaking Bad, but Isa was all "that’s not age-appropriate" or whatever. But she’s pretty cute in her little onesie."

askcursedanny inquired: ""How'd we get in this mess?""

askcursedanny:

thefireandtheice:

1. got lost in the woods with askcursedanny

Jeremy had to admit that he was lost as balls. He woke up in the middle of the woods around noon because the sun, as usual, was too flipping bright.

But now it was getting dark, and he was nowhere closer to leaving the actual woods. He wasn’t even sure if he was in the Ghost Zone or Amity Park. Maybe he was even in Ireland again?

He saw somebody in the distance, and he waved towards them.

"Yo!" he called out to them.

"Not yet, almost there." Branch to branch, this tree was huge. As Danny got closer, his ghost sense when off. Out of no where a vine came and attacked him. He jumped down to avoid it, grabbing the closest branch. The vine attacked again cause Danny to fall out of the tree and land on the ground.

Jeremy’s headache from his hungover stunned him for a moment before he reached out and grabbed the vine. His hand heated up with his fire abilities, but he didn’t outright lash out in case this kid was a human. The vine smacked him away and into the trees, causing him to briefly hang upside down before falling on his upper back and head.

He glanced to see where and what that kid was going to do.

"Only if we can pull it off flawlessly," Valerie replied, smirking at the other ghost. She and Jeremy were meeting in private, as they both had the feeling that Thorek wouldn’t approve of what they were planning.

“No full control yet?” he guessed. Jeremy stole a glance at her stomach. “You think the kids will be shooting electricity or icicles at you two? Roxi doesn’t really seem to have any ghost powers aside from flickering invisible sometimes, honestly, but you’re now a halfa-which is still weird by the way-and Thorek’s being the entirely dead thing, so they’ll be shooting something.

Valerie was quiet for a moment before replying. “We think that it has something to do with how I because a half-ghost,” Valerie replied at length. “In some ways, the suit still sort of controls my powers. And I constantly generate electricity. My body can store a certain amount without having any problems,” she shook her head, “But eventually it gets to be too much, and it starts to manifest in other ways, like the sparking.”

She shrugged. “When I’m out ghost hunting, it’s not a big deal, since I’m using my powers freely then. No chance of ‘overflowing’, so to speak. But right now, I’m pretty much prohibited from using any of my powers, which means they overgenerate, and have to be controlled by other means.”

Valerie gave a soft sigh. “I have no idea what the kids will be like, with them being more or less three quarters ghost, and with me having basically two different elements, which are pretty opposed to Thorek’s element.”

Those were either gonna be powerful as hell or really fucked up kids, but Jeremy didn’t dare say that aloud. Instead he focused on phasing his truck past Vlad’s gate. Jeremy rolled his eyes at the light tease. Tease all she wants, he was not going to risk sitting in jail for months with a baby at home.

He was seriously wondering how old she was on the ride. She was very bouncy, wiggling and squirming all over the place. Hopefully she’d wear herself out on the trip and be calmer when he took her home.

"Almost, eager beaver," he promised her. He glanced ahead. Yup, only five minutes more. Hopefully she could last before she exploded.

"Fine." Dani said, mock annoyed. She craned her head to look out the windows, trying to catch the first glance of the building. She’d heard that they had a big sculpture thing from an old group of people out front. Maybe she could see that, before they even parked.

After what felt like an eternity, although the clock had only jumped forward a few numbers, they finally arrived. The girl started unbuckling her seatbelt and pulling at the door before the car even came to a complete stop.

Jeremy had seen the little kid’s excitement, and he stopped in front of the museum.

"Here, go ahead inside, I’ll park and meet you in there," he told her, reaching into his back pocket and handing her a $10 to get inside. She seemed to almost fly out of the car, and he rolled his eyes. Jeremy pulled around to park before taking his time walking up, smoking a quick cigarette before letting himself inside the museum.

Because it was for kids with hands-on activities, it was a bit noisy and hectic, and he began to locate Dani.

spiritusrex:

He rolled his eyes and let out a sigh. “Yes, yes. Long live the king."
He waved his hand in dismissal.
We have all of eternity, dear friend.”

Jeremy chuckled softly at Dan.

"More than just that, sir. I’ve been hearing rumors about you in town that I figured you’d like to know about."

Atticus chuckled copying his boyfriend and stealing a kiss from his lips “I know it is now come on….you can’t see me in it, if we don’t go get it” he said softly.

"Sure!" Jeremy said, immediately shifting to scoop Atticus up in his arms, giving him a long smooch before carrying him out the front door of his home. "The sooner, the better!"
